Refund Policy

We believe in delivering unique high-quality products that utilize the handcrafted up-cycled artforms of our creative partners. We assure quality of our products and aspire to provide customer satisfaction. Once a product has been delivered, all replacements, exchanges or returns of the product shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions listed below. We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if unsatisfied with the product, we would be happy to initiate an exchange or refund.

Replacement

  • If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment, please take a photograph upon opening the parcel to show the condition in which it was received. Then send us an email at bhayli@ecowrap.in with “Replacement” in the subject line and the photo of the damaged item attached.

  • Please return the damaged item in the original packaging with the receipt or invoice to: ECOWRAP, 99, Kiran Vihar, Opp. St. Angel’s Covenant School, Manyawas, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020 within 5 business days of the replacement request being sent.

  • We will refund you the expense of the courier upon receiving the parcel and will ship you a replacement within 3 business days.

Exchange

  • To raise an exchange request please email us at bhayli@ecowrap.in withing 14 days of delivery of the product(s) with “Exchange” in the subject line. In the body of the email please include detailed information of all of the products you wish to exchange.

  • All products should be returned in their original packaging along with the receipt or invoice to: ECOWRAP 99, Kiran Vihar, Opp. St. Angel’s Covenant School, Manyawas, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020 within 5 business days of the return request being sent.

  • Products should be unused and unaltered with the tags intact.

  • As we are still a new business, we don’t yet have our own courier service and request that you arrange your own return shipping. We are unable to cover the cost of exchange shipping at this time.

  • We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in exchange shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

  • Exchanges can be made with items of equal or lesser value.

  • We will ship your exchange upon receiving the initial product in its original condition.

  • We are unable to offer exchanges for custom orders at this time.

Return

  • To raise a return request please email us at bhayli@ecowrap.in within 14 days of delivery of the product(s) with “Return” in the subject line. In the body of the email please include detailed information of any or all of the products your wish to return.

  • All products should be returned in their original packaging along with the receipt or invoice to: ECOWRAP at 99, Kiran Vihar, Opp. St. Angel’s Covenant School, Manyawas, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020 within 5 business days of the return request being sent.

  • Products should be unused and unaltered with the tags intact.

  • As we are still a new business, we don’t yet have our own courier service to accept free returns at this time. While we do not cover the cost of return shipping for return orders, we are happy to refund your purchase upon the receipt of your product in its original condition.

  • We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

  • Your refunded amount will be returned on the original form of payment within 5 business days of us receiving your item.

  • We are unable to offer returns for custom orders at this time.

Cancelation

  • If you need to cancel an order, please call or Whatsapp us within 24hours of the order being placed at: +919928399905

  • We are unable to process a cancelation once an order has been shipped. At this time it will need to be processed as a return.
