Neelam is eager to learn new things, quick to develop new skills, and even faster to assist in teaching others. Her genuine warmth is the first thing you will notice about her. It is no surprise that she is pursuing her bachelor's in education. After attending college in the morning, she takes rest, and then dives into her embossing work. She was initially quite surprised to discover that waste could be transformed into various new products. She was especially impressed by the use of beverage cans as a canvas for embroidery. She had always admired such creative work and now finds herself an active part of it. Neelam also finds joy in working alongside her mother, and strongly believes that “this opportunity is ideal for women, as it allows them to work comfortably from home.”
